Lingua Zebra con salmone e granella di pistacchi

Doses: 4 people – Difficulty : easy

Ingredients

  • Lingua Zebra 400 gr.
  • salmon 300 gr.
  • a confection of crescenza cheese
  • minced onion
  • crumbled pistachio nut 200 gr.
  • minced parsley
  • a glass of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Preparazione

Sear the minced onion in a pan with the oil. Next, add the salmon and a pinch of salt, making it cook on high heat. Cook the pasta, drain it and mix it well with the crescenza cheese, the minced parsley, a little of pepper and the crumbled pistachio nut.
