Pennette allo zenzero con gamberetti e granella di noci

Ginger Pennette 300 gr.
little shrimps 200 gr.
red onion 1/2
crumbled walnut 200 gr.
Philadelphia 100 gr.
Put the oil (about 2 spoons) in a large pan and sauté the minced onion; then put the shrimps and let them brown slightly.
Meanwhile boil the water for the pasta, salt and put the pasta. Add the philadelphia to the shrimps and then add the pasta. Mix well and serve with the grated walnut and the powdered ginger.
