Tagliolini arcobaleno con cozze e pomodorini

Doses: 4 people - Difficulty: easy

Ingredients

  • Tagliolini Arcobaleno 320 gr.
  • mussels 1,5 Kg
  • a clove of garlic
  • minced black pepper
  • tomatoes
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • minced parsley


Preparazione

In a pan with oil, open the mussels with a handful of mincedparsley and a clove of garlic. Strain the cooking liquid from the mussels and then add the tomatoes .
Meanwhile boil the tagliolini in boiling salted water. Finally , let it cook for a few minutes on high heat mixing tagliolini with the mussels. Season with salt.
