Treccine agli spinaci con tonno fresco, olive e pomodorini

Doses: 4 people - Difficulty: easy

Ingredients

  • Treccine agli spinaci 300 gr.
  • tuna fish 300 gr.
  • tomatoes 200 gr.
  • pit olive 100 gr.
  • extra virgin olive oil 30 gr.
  • parsley
  • chilli pepper
  • salt


Preparazione

Cook in a pan the tuna fish cutted into cubes, add the oil and sear for 2 min.
Later add the tomatoes, the olives and let cook for a few minutes.
Complete the condiment by combining the minced parsley, salt and pepper.
Cook spinach treccine in salted water, drain the pasta and add the condiment prepared.
